Seniors of South Pasadena High School - equip yourself to positively impact the world

Applying to a college or university is difficult, and getting accepted into the school of your choice requires effort as well. That doesn’t even include paying for tuition, books, housing and incidentals.

The Oneonta Foundation is a California non-profit 501c3 organization providing scholarships and awards to students and teachers in South Pasadena to promote excellence. So if you are a graduating senior from South Pasadena High School entering college – this is your chance to reduce some of your education expenses.

The Foundation will distribute 3 scholarships in 2024. Each scholarship is in the amount of $10,000. The deadline to apply for these scholarships is March 16, 2024.

THE ONEONTA CLUB FOUNDATION Announces

THREE $10,000 SCHOLARSHIPS

will be presented to college-bound June graduates of South Pasadena High School in May 2024.

The application process is simple:

Interested students should compose a letter to the Foundation, outlining the reasons they should be considered for this award. The letter may be up to three pages in length. No supporting documentation or materials are required or will be accepted.

Carl von Bibra, Oneonta Club Foundation at “bibra@compuserve.com” by Saturday March 16, 2024 to be considered. Your mailing address, e-mail, phone number, names and values of all scholarships awarded to date must be included with your application. Do not consider it delivered without a confirmation e-mail that it was received. If necessary, you may make arrangements for a hard copy to be mailed or hand delivered.

The Oneonta Club Foundation reserves the right to verify information provided in grant requests. Applicants may be invited for personal interviews. Successful applicants must be available to attend the Oneonta Club awards dinner on Monday May 13, 2024.

No additional information will be supplied to grant applicants.
